Cabinet Refinishing St. Albert asks for a short list of details so a cabinet price can be prepared for you. The answers below cover each question homeowners tend to ask about that information.
What do you send us?
Cabinet Refinishing St. Albert receives only what you enter in the quote form, plus a few technical details the form adds on its own. Email, your town, and notes are optional. The other fields are required.
| Field | Why it is asked |
|---|---|
| Your name | So the person calling you back knows who they are speaking with. |
| Phone | The main way to reach you about the price. |
| Email (optional) | A second way to send you details if a call is missed. |
| What do you want done? | Painting, refinishing, refacing, and vanity work are priced differently. |
| About how many cabinet doors? | Door count sets the starting price range. |
| Your town or neighbourhood (optional) | Confirms the address falls inside the service area. |
| How did you hear about us? | Shows which channels bring in requests. |
| Anything else we should know? (optional) | Room for cabinet condition, timing, or other context you want to share. |
| Page address and path (added automatically) | Records which page the request came from. |
| Submitted time and submission ID (added automatically) | Separates one request from another and helps trace a request that failed to arrive. |
A hidden field on the form catches spam bots. It stays empty when a person fills in the form, and nothing is sent onward when a bot fills it.
Why is it used?
Your details serve one purpose: pricing your cabinet project and talking with you about it. That covers a call back, a price range, booking an in-home visit if you want one, and a written estimate. Nobody buys, rents, or receives your details as a trade.
Who sees it?
- The website host. The form sends your request to a Netlify function on this site's hosting account. The function checks the fields and passes them on.
- The customer management system. The function delivers your request to GoHighLevel, a CRM that stores the record and lets the business follow up.
- The contractor. An independent Edmonton-area cabinet painting and refinishing contractor prepares every estimate and does the work. That contractor receives your request in order to contact you.
The site loads no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no chat tool. Some service area pages show an embedded Google map, which loads from Google when you open those pages. Your form details are not sent to Google.
Calls to 587-817-6477 go through a call tracking number, so the number you call from and the time of the call are logged.
How long is it kept?
No automatic deletion date is built into this website. Your request stays in the CRM until you ask for it to be removed, and you can make that request at any point, whether or not a project goes ahead.
What are your choices?
You can ask Cabinet Refinishing St. Albert to:
- Tell you what it holds about you.
- Fix a detail that is wrong.
- Remove your record.
- Stop contacting you.
